Why I Founded HRVN

After countless real estate investments of my own - whether at Lake Tegernsee, in Mallorca, Dubai, Florida, or Kuala Lumpur - I knew this feeling all too well:
You can buy a home, but you can't buy belonging.
The traditional channels don't work:
  • Local networks are often already closed
  • Business clubs remain superficial
  • International schools only connect if you have children the same age
  • Chance is a poor advisor for $50-million decisions
  • Social media is anything but social
As a real estate specialist, I realized:
We only solve half the problem. We find the right property, but not the right people.
